Product introduction:

Nano-calcium transparent filler masterbatch, model G150, also known as Yuanming powder filler masterbatch, the main component is NaSO4. It can be used for blowing film, grade between G-1A and G-1C, and injection blow moulding.

Features:

1. Masterbatch plasticized, stable performance, long-term use will not plasticize.

2. It can improve the hardness of the product.

3. Masterbatch is evenly dispersed and powders are reasonably selected. The surface of the product has good surface finish and does not emit flowers and fog.

4. Master batch has good transparency and whiteness.

Blowing Film, Injection Molding, Sheet Metal, Hollow Products, etc.

Explain:

Even when used, it can be mixed with raw materials without changing any processing flow. The amount of the product added depends on the 10%-50% of the product to be added.

Storage packaging:

The outer packing is made of composite plastic woven bags. It is packed in plastic lined bags with a net weight of 25 kg. Storage place should be ventilated, dry and avoid sunshine.
